Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Care team. As a Cardiac Care Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring patients with cardiac conditions, providing critical care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess and monitor patients with cardiac conditions, including heart failure, arrhythmias, and coronary artery disease
- Provide critical care, including medication management, wound care, and respiratory support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 60 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse (RN) diploma
