Job Summary:

Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic is a physician-led, comprehensive health and wellness clinic in Gillette, Wyoming. We are seeking a compassionate Physician to join our team of Internists, specialists, and other medical staff. This position offers the opportunity to operate independently within your department and contribute to the development of emerging medicine in the regenerative field.

Your duties will include ensuring long-term, comprehensive, and prospective care for our patient base. You will diagnose and treat common and complex conditions, collaborate with other team members, and develop your industry knowledge to provide patients with the latest treatment and resources.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic examinations of tissues, organs, and bodily fluids using laboratory techniques such as microscopy, molecular biology, and immunology.
  • Perform autopsies when required to determine the cause of death, documenting findings and communicating results to relevant parties.
  • Oversee and interpret the results of laboratory tests, including blood tests, biopsies, and genetic testing, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss and interpret diagnostic findings.
  • Engage in research activities to contribute to medical knowledge, participate in studies, and explore advancements in diagnostic methods and treatments.
  • Provide expert consultation within multidisciplinary teams to enhance understanding of disease processes and facilitate comprehensive patient care.
  • Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellow pathologists in academic settings.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory procedures and results.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in medical science, continuously updating knowledge and incorporating new technologies into diagnostic practices.

Education:

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution. MD or DO
  • Board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (ABP) or relevant certification.
  • State medical license and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in laboratory techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.

Salary:

Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic offers a highly competitive, negotiated base salary with additional incentive opportunities in the fields of hyperbaric medicine, regenerative research, and more.


Sign-On Bonus:
$130,000 paid in installments after start date.

Health Insurance:
Employer-sponsored health insurance, including a low-deductible health plan through Cigna, Vision, and Dental. Premiums paid by the company, $250 ind or $500 family deductible, and low out of pocket

Additional Insurance:

Large employer monthly allotment for Disability, Life insurances, Cancer coverage, Accident policies, Hospital Indemnity coverage, and more through multiple supplemental companies.


Retirement:
8% matched 401(k).

PTO & leave:
6 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, 7 days sick

Continuing or Additional Education:
$5,000/ 5 Days

Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm

Malpractice:
Employer paid malpractice coverage ($1,000,000 / $3,000,000).
