Role Overview

Bellefaire JCB, a leading child service agency, is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor to join our Residential Treatment Program.

The successful candidate will be part of an interdisciplinary team providing clinical expertise and oversight to clients in residential treatment. This is an exceptional opportunity for professional growth and development in behavioral health and administration.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide administrative and clinical supervision to the program and staff, including hiring, supervision, trainings, evaluation, disciplinary actions, and termination of employees.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop interdisciplinary treatment plans and coordinate treatment across all treatment professionals using case management tools, coordinating information and care requirements with other care providers, resolving issues affecting smooth care progression, and providing education on the case management process.
  • Clinical Services: Provide professional clinical services to Agency clients enrolled in residential treatment, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans and reviews, individual counseling, group counseling, family therapy, consultation, and discharge planning.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate Agency meetings involving treatment team members and adjoining service providers for client assessment, treatment, and discharge planning, maintaining appropriate relations with other programs and area providers.
  • Care Delivery and Monitoring: Monitor delivery of care through client rounds, documenting treatment progress, intervening to overcome deviations from the expected treatment plan, reviewing the treatment plan with clients and family, interacting with involved departments to negotiate and expedite services, reporting personnel and performance issues, and maintaining ongoing communication with staff regarding the treatment plan and discharge plan.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare timely reports and summaries on incidents, treatment progress, fire code regulations, etc., in accordance with established Agency policies and federal, state, and local laws, and provide cost and budget management for unit staff and resources.
Requirements
  • A minimum Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • A valid Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT license.
  • Strong clinical skills, including expertise in systemic family therapy, crisis intervention, family education, behavioral interventions, group work, and substance abuse therapy.

Total Annual Salary: $63,000 - $68,000
