Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes top compensation over $130,000 per year, with no cap on earnings potential. Job Description

We are seeking a talented Clinical Psychologist to join our clinical team in the greater Dayton Metro area. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Your expertise will be utilized to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify mental health issues and develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based interventions, including psychotherapy and testing, to address mental health concerns
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment progress
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Clinical Psychologist at Lifestance Health, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Fully licensed and credentialed in Ohio
  • Experience working with adults, children, and adolescents, with a focus on evidence-based treatments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
