  • Training and Development: Mentor plumbing staff, promoting skill enhancement and maintaining a proficient workforce.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to address project specifics, resolve challenges, and guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Safety Compliance: Uphold safety standards and ensure all work complies with building regulations and industry practices to foster a secure working environment.

Compensation:
Minimum: USD $55,000.00/Yr.
Maximum: USD $80,000.00/Yr.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems
  • Valid Plumbing Tradesmen License
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Proficient in technology and computer applications
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-driven
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is advantageous
