Job Title: Military Concepts Operations Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Military Concepts Operations Planner to join our team at ProRec Resource Solutions, LLC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide support to the Joint Concepts Branch (JCB) in preparing for J7 and other Joint Staff wargames and experiments. This includes developing CONOPS that integrate future Army organizations and capabilities into Joint Concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop plans and create documents depicting Division through Theater-level future application of military power against defined peer-level threats.
  • Participate in events and meetings, including DoC and Joint Staff meetings and events as required by JCB Chief.
  • Write elements of Joint Concepts and Joint Supporting Concepts as required by the JCB Chief.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive solutions to complex and time-sensitive problems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Exceptional oral presentation skills and ability to work well in group settings.
  • Working knowledge of the capability-based assessment process and the military decision-making process (MDMP).
  • Thorough knowledge of the concept development process and staffing procedures.
  • Clear understanding and knowledge of Army Concepts.
  • Secret Clearance.
