Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SMB customers and ensuring their continued success with our CyberSOC solution.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategy to drive growth and retention of SMB customers
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or account management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of cybersecurity products and services
