Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SMB customers and ensuring their continued success with our CyberSOC solution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategy to drive growth and retention of SMB customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or account management role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity products and services
