Position Overview: Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a dedicated Regulatory Affairs Associate to engage in global regulatory functions concerning Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, as well as product compliance and certification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with New Product Development teams to address EHS and regulatory matters.
- Maintain knowledge of international regulatory standards and liaise with relevant global regulatory authorities.
- Provide insights and guidance on potential regulatory growth opportunities in emerging applications and sectors.
- Author and revise Safety Data Sheets along with other necessary regulatory documentation.
- Oversee the organization and upkeep of internal records, ensuring proactive management of technical files and product certifications.
- Conduct routine and non-routine EHS compliance testing, generate reports, and analyze associated data.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- At least two years of experience supporting technical teams or product commercialization while offering EHS regulatory expertise in various environments.
- Minimum of two years of experience in preparing technical documents for external stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with Clinical Data Management Systems (CDMS).

Compensation:
- The pay rate for this position is $29.77 per hour, with the final offer based on factors such as education, experience, location, and specific job responsibilities.
