Restore Hyper Wellness is a pioneer in the field of Hyper Wellness, offering a unique blend of cutting-edge health services under one roof. Our mission is to make Hyper Wellness accessible, affordable, and fun for everyone.
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hyper Wellness Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting membership sales, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our studio.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct studio tours and provide personalized sales and service experiences to clients
- Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits and precautions
- Meet and exceed sales targets for membership sales and retail sales
- Onboard new clients, including completion of medical waivers and guest profile creation
- Field incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with marketing and sales initiatives, including pre-sale events and studio events
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a similar role
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Intermediate computer skills
