Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hyper Wellness Representative to join our team in Mandeville, LA. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting membership sales, and helping clients achieve their wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct studio tours and provide a personalized sales and service experience to clients
  • Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for membership sales and retail sales
  • Onboard new clients, including completion of medical waivers and guest profile creation
  • Field incoming calls to schedule appointments and answer general questions
  • Assist with marketing and sales initiatives, including pre-sale events and studio promotions
Requirements
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a similar role
  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong teamwork mentality and ability to work independently
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new software
