As a key representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Supervisor embodies the company's commitment to customer service. This role involves coordinating, overseeing, and executing work activities on projects to meet service requirements and ensure a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute production tasks as planned while ensuring quality standards
  • Oversee customer interactions and overall satisfaction, monitored through feedback
  • Clearly communicate expectations to restoration staff and supervise their work
  • Maintain a comprehensive and accurate job file to document services rendered
  • Manage labor and material usage on assigned tasks
  • Collaborate with restoration project managers and office personnel regarding project status and challenges
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations
  • Safeguard assets by properly using and maintaining equipment and materials
  • Mentor and train restoration personnel
Position Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
  • IICRC certification is advantageous but not mandatory
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
  • Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Capability to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry items
  • Comfortable working with cleaning agents
