Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Time Personal Banker to join our team. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers achieve their financial goals.

This role involves working with customers to understand their financial needs and preferences, and recommending suitable banking products and services. You will also be responsible for handling customer transactions, resolving issues, and promoting cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Work cooperatively as part of a team to achieve business objectives and support the overall success of the bank.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of all bank products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with transactions and other requests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous banking experience preferred, but training provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, with ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
