Your Daily Responsibilities- Analyze pricing data from other 401(k) providers to create competitive proposals for prospective clients.
- Monitor product requests and contribute insights to enhance the technological services offered to our clients.
- Facilitate educational sessions and provide insights during various team meetings.
- Handle a substantial volume of inquiries from the sales and implementation teams via phone and email.
- Collaborate with management to assess and refine processes for improved team efficiency.
- Engage with internal and external partners to address client questions regarding plan design and product support.
- Foster and develop client relationships through the implementation phase and beyond.
- Identify recurring issues and trends, implementing process enhancements for long-term solutions.
- Serve a diverse client base across various geographical locations.
- Thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
- Provide solutions for team members to manage the increasing business influx.
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as customer support or account management.
- Experience in the Defined Contribution sector is mandatory.
- QKA or a similar industry certification is required.
- A strong passion for client service.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
- Ability to communicate with professionalism and empathy through various channels.
- Composure in high-pressure situations, demonstrating empathy towards clients.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all communications.
Preferred:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced growth environment.

At Promote Project, we consider various factors to determine competitive compensation for each role. The base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and location. Additionally, a variable compensation target is included.
