About the Role

As an IT Support Technician, you will be working on the service request team and focus on Moves, Adds and Changes within the client's organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier I & II IT Support
  • Perform end user moves/relocation
  • Install and troubleshoot IT hardware
  • Install and troubleshoot phone systems
  • Install, build, and troubleshoot PCs
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Tier I & II IT Support
  • 1 year of experience with Active Directory and Documentation/Ticketing System
  • Effective communication in English (written & verbal)
  • Permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
