  • Collaborating with team members to accommodate special requests for events.
  • Supporting the event manager on the day of the event.
  • Assisting in the preparation of event summaries and assembling care packages containing essential materials (such as wristbands, play cards, drink tickets, decorations, etc.).
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the event office.
  • Understanding the cash handling process and effectively managing party transactions.
  • Providing assistance in other areas as directed by supervisors or managers.
  • Upholding uniform standards and maintaining a professional appearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, with frequent bending and turning.
  • Capability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests via email, phone, and in-person with clarity and organization.

Special Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 16 years.
  • Completion of training certification as per company policy.
