About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping our design strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design team in creating innovative and trend-setting products that meet customer needs and market demands.
  • Oversee the entire design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-brand outcomes.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.
  • Build KPIs to ensure cohesive and consistent team performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful design leadership, including managing teams and overseeing complex design projects.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design work and a deep understanding of current trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design excellence.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite; Experience in PLM preferred.
