At TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals with ASD and TBI, helping them develop social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Record and report client progress and behaviors
  • Assist clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members, families, and clients
Requirements:
  • On-boarding documents
  • Resume
  • Up-to-date Negative TB Test
  • Credentialing documentation/state requirements
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of HS Diploma proof and transcripts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
