Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced residential Handyman/Maintenance workers in the Sacramento area to provide quality service to our Property Management Clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and repair properties as requested.
  • Use hand tools and small power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Comply with OSHA and company safety policies.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience in Building Maintenance for Residential or Commercial properties.
  • Completion of the CA. Fair Housing Act Maintenance course with certificate of completion.
  • Pass a 7 year criminal background check.
  • Live near or be willing to commute to the Sacramento area.
  • Provide at least 2 professional references.
