Job Title: Supply Chain Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Director to join our team at Asahi Europe and International. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of end-to-end Supply Chain for our combined Asahi Beer USA, Octopi, and Twisted Shotz/RTD businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the integration of Octopi Supply Chain into AEI/EMEAA, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with our processes and best practices.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategic Supply Chain plans to drive business growth, improve service, reduce costs, and minimize CO2 impact.
  • Orchestrate the S&OP process, working closely with EMEAA planning teams to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize physical supply chains, warehousing footprint, and logistics activities to support future growth and improve customer service.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to build customer engagement plans, leveraging joint Supply Chain collaboration opportunities.
  • Take full P&L and Balance sheet responsibility for all Supply Chain activities.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in leading Supply Chain activities in an FMCG business, with a strong track record of delivering results in a national-level environment.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, with a focus on developing capabilities and driving continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess and drive business performance in a dynamic context.
  • Excellent business acumen, with a deep understanding of priorities and functional requirements.
