Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and services in accordance with departmental standards, policies, and protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Perform respiratory care services, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and aerosol therapy.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent education/experience.
  • Oregon Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association.
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
