Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnostics and Repairs
    • Perform thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems
    • Conduct diagnostic tests to determine the root cause of issues
    • Repair or replace faulty components as needed
  • Maintenance Services
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
    • Advise customers on recommended maintenance schedules and services

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $18-$24 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
