Mechanical Diagnostics Professional

Job Overview: At Monaco Ford of Niantic, we're looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
- Utilize computer diagnostic equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining repair needs and providing accurate estimates.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed and keep a clean and organized work area.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities provided by the dealership.
What We Offer:
- No weekend hours.
- Average weekly pay of $1800+.
- Weekly bonus payouts based on personal production.
- 40 hour guarantee for the first 30 days.
