As an Automotive Technician at Monaco Ford, you will utilize your expertise and knowledge to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing vehicle malfunctions and performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Utilizing computer diagnostic equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions
• Providing exceptional customer service by clearly explaining repair needs and providing accurate estimates
• Maintaining accurate records of all services performed and ensuring a clean and organized work area
• Staying up-to-date with the latest training and development opportunities provided by the dealership

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, proficiency with computer diagnostic equipment and systems, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, you must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of experience as an automotive technician are also required.

The estimated salary for this position is $1800+ per week, based on industry standards and market conditions.
