Assembler Job Description

US Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in producing high-quality chain drive systems for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble parts and subassemblies by hand or with simple machinery, following work instructions and/or route sheets.
  • Inspect machines at the beginning of each shift and record findings on a check sheet.
  • Clean and lubricate machinery as required to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Inspect and place parts in designated trays, meeting specified quantity and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain equipment in a clean and orderly condition, reporting any faulty operation or defective material to the supervisor.
  • Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to use various machines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to read and follow instructions.
  • Basic computer skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.
Work Environment:

The Assembler will work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels and frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles.
