Assembler Job Description

US Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality parts by assembling parts and subassemblies by hand or with simple machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow work instructions and route sheets to assemble and/or pack products for various departments.
  • Inspect machines at the beginning of the shift and note any issues on a check sheet.
  • Clean and/or lubricate machinery as required to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Inspect and place parts in designated trays to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Meet specified quantity and quality guidelines to ensure high-quality products.
  • Maintain equipment in a clean and orderly condition to prevent damage and ensure efficient production.
  • Report faulty operation or defective material to the supervisor to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three months related experience and/or training.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to use various machines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to read and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use software applications.
  • Ability to work with a team and communicate effectively.
Work Environment:

The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level is moderate, and the ability to work in a team environment is essential.
