Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • 5-7 years of experience in alliance management, with a strong understanding of strategic planning and negotiation.
  • 5-7 years of experience in key account management, with a strong understanding of customer relationships and sales strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Practical experience with CRM systems, with a strong understanding of sales analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Working Conditions:

  • Travel may be required, with occasional overnight stays.
