Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist I to provide administrative and personnel security support to our team at JT4, LLC. As a key member of our security department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the site security department, including daily tasks and record-keeping.
  • Communicate with clearance granting agencies to ensure timely processing of clearances and periodic re-investigations.
  • Obtain certification of existing clearance levels for employees and visitors, and issue security badges as needed.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of badges issued and related information.
  • Schedule and coordinate security briefings and notifications for employees and supervisors.
  • Assist in facilitating security briefings for individuals and groups, as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of experience in the NISPOM/SAP/SCI security fields, or equivalent military or technical training.
  • Formal training, such as successful completion of the Industrial Security Management Course.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard software applications.
  • Familiarity with standard intel computer systems and equipment.
  • Ability to qualify for and maintain a government security clearance.
