Job Description

OSAAVA Services is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the security posture of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats.
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security risks.
  • Implement and maintain security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
  • Monitor and analyze security logs to identify potential security incidents.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of IT operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on security architecture, risk management, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, including NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
  • Experience with security tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CISSP or CISM certification.
  • Experience with cloud security, including AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes.
