Key Responsibilities- Provide High-Quality Care: Deliver personalized assistance to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Lead and Mentor Caregivers: Supervise and train caregivers to ensure they are providing the highest level of care and support to residents.
- Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and transparent communication with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care and support.
- Manage Schedules and Tasks: Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient task completion.
- Monitor and Report: Regularly monitor resident care and report any concerns or issues to the Wellness Coordinator.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Previous Healthcare Experience: Preferred.
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) Certification: Preferred.
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Essential.
This role requires standing for long periods, frequent walking, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. The work environment is moderate, with occasional travel to different locations.
