About the Role

As an Emerging Experiences Technical Project Manager at Apple, you will be responsible for bringing new technologies to life and creating best-in-class demo experiences for our customers across more than 1 million digital touch points. This role requires a deep understanding of Apple's products, software, and services and how they integrate together.

The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of Apple's ecosystem, including macOS, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, VisionOS, Apple hardware, and Apple Services. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to design, build, test, and deploy a portfolio of new technologies. Success in this role relies on a keen attention to detail, deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, and the ability to manage timelines in an ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving new innovative software technologies from concept to reality, executing deliverables against defined timelines in an ambiguous cross-functional environment
  • Working with multiple different teams to deliver connected multi-device demo experiences around the world, focusing deeply on the Apple ecosystem and bringing it to life in new ways
  • Developing project plans, using both written and verbal communication to keep stakeholders informed of the progress at every stage
  • Supporting the testing and deployment of your software projects while maintaining a strong focus on the customer experience
  • Maintaining surprise-and-delight for our customers, working in confidential environments, as we launch new Apple products, software, and services for the world
  • Collecting feedback, metrics, and insights from your peers and field partners to drive new requirements and continuously improvement in the customer experience
