Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at SilverLinx. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational expenses to maintain profitability
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff are knowledgeable about menu items, service standards, and company policies
  • Monitor and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Completed training in restaurant or hotel management
  • Proven experience in à la carte restaurant operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Fluency in German and English
