Position Overview:
As a Marketing Associate focused on Insurance Sales, your role will involve driving new business by identifying, reaching out to, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. You should be a proactive individual with strong communication and sales abilities. Your main objective will be to assess the insurance requirements of prospective clients and offer customized solutions to fulfill those needs.
Key Duties:
- Seek and engage new sales prospects through networking, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Conduct comprehensive needs evaluations and propose appropriate insurance solutions to potential clients.
- Establish and sustain robust relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet and surpass sales goals and performance indicators.
- Stay updated on industry developments, products, and services to provide informed advice to clients.
- Prepare and deliver precise sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
- Self-driven with a strong ambition to meet and exceed goals.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with insurance products and regulations is advantageous.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
