Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Manager to lead our radiology services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of clinical and business operations for our hospital-based radiology services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality radiology services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability, efficiency, and service levels.
  • Manage and develop overall operations of designated areas of responsibility to ensure standard of care and quality services.
  • Oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle to ensure accuracy and completion of all processes.
  • Develop strategies to promote customer satisfaction and create positive outcomes with customers.
  • Develop employee growth and development plans based on organizational and departmental goals.
Requirements
  • 8 years of clinical experience with significant experience in radiology.
  • 3 years of experience in management/supervisory in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience in establishing effective relationships with radiologists or other physicians.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in healthcare management, business, or a life science, and certification as a Radiology Administrator (CRA).
