Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Meat and Seafood Department Associate to join our team at Lowes Foods.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment in the meat and seafood department.

2. Prepare and display products for sale, including slicing, trimming, wrapping, weighing, and pricing, according to Lowes Foods standards.

3. Assist with product receiving, inventory, and storage, ensuring accurate and efficient processes.

4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards in all areas.

5. Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure seamless operations and address any issues or concerns.

Requirements

1. Possess excellent interpersonal and selling skills, with an outgoing personality.

2. Ability to work well in a team environment and interact with guests in a professional manner.

3. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds constantly, as well as bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

4. Ability to work in a cold environment and maintain a high level of productivity.

5. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid ID.
