Job Summary

As a key member of the Prisma Health team, the Imaging Department Supervisor will oversee the technical operations of assigned departments, ensuring effective working relationships with internal and external customers. This role requires strong leadership and budgetary skills, with a focus on improving departmental performance and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage departmental staff, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement operational processes to improve performance and reduce risks.
  • Manage departmental budgets, monitoring operational and capital costs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including JCAHO and DHEC standards.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three years of healthcare experience, with radiology and supervisory experience preferred.
  • ARRT, SCRQSA, and CPR certifications required.

Work Environment

This role is based in the Radiology Administration department at Baptist Hospital, with variable shifts and a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
