Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a key member of our sales team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist customers with product selection and ordering
- Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately and efficiently
- Monitor stock levels and facilitate effective handling of customer orders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Perform other duties as required or requested
- High school education required; some college work completed preferred
- Minimum 2 years' customer service experience
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
