About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Solution Architect to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA) team, you will be responsible for helping customers solve their most challenging problems through technology, modernization, and transformation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop optimal and differentiated Leidos solutions to be delivered on programs, in proposals, or on research and development projects.
  • Help prospective customers and partners understand the value and benefits of the Leidos solution, explain technical features and transformation strategies, engage in proof of concepts, and troubleshoot potential problems.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to support new business strategies, including the development of technical solutions, basis of estimates, white papers, industry relationships, and responses to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Support the Business Development team with customer calls and the Leidos' corporate business development process for larger opportunities.
  • Strengthen existing programs with application of technology and/or innovation by working with peer Operations teams, Group CTOs, and other Leidos Groups, and by leveraging known technology and solutions on current programs and new business.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a technical leader on government contracts, including both offensive and defensive cyber operations.
  • Awareness of leading technology capability providers that enhance our technical solutions.
  • Experience as a solution architect and/or technical volume lead on captures and proposals.
  • Experience articulating complex technical concepts to customers, business development, program delivery, technical teams, and executives, both orally and in writing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM discipline with 17+ years of experience related to software development and/or systems engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Record of generating business growth through insertion of innovation and technology on existing programs.
  • Vulnerability research or software reverse engineering skills.
  • Operating System and Kernel level development experience.
  • Prior experience as lead SA on a $100M+ proposal.
  • Experience having worked successful partnerships with suppliers on proposals.
  • Understanding of competitor/teammate technology offerings.
  • Record of attracting and retaining technical professionals.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM discipline.
