Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage full-cycle accounting for a designated portfolio of multi-family properties.
2. Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and operations, ensuring timely delivery of financial data.
3. Reconcile escrow accounts using Yardi software.
4. Ensure accuracy in resident payments and ledgers.
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analyses.
6. Assist in quarterly and year-end closing processes.
7. Conduct financial forecasting.
8. Additional tasks include accounts payable, cash deposits, purchase orders, move-outs, and maintenance reserves.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property accounting.
- Familiarity with Yardi software is advantageous.
