About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Game Runner to join our team at BEAT THE BOMB. As a Game Runner, you will be responsible for creating an unforgettable experience for our guests and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing game rooms for gameplay, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and that the environment is safe and clean.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests feel welcome and engaged throughout their experience.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure that all game rooms are running smoothly and that guests are having a blast.
  • Assist with setting up and starting games, ensuring that all teams are properly equipped and that the game is running smoothly.
  • Engage with guests, taking photos and creating memorable moments for our customers.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling.
  • Passion for creating memorable experiences and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
