  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as customer satisfaction, food quality, and staff performance.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; Associate's Degree in Food Service or related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of supervisory experience in a food service environment, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Sanitation certification required (may obtain within 60 days of start date).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
