Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Westland Realty Group, brokered by Real.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves developing a multi-channel social media strategy, creating dynamic branded content for our social media platforms, identifying key digital media opportunities, engaging with influencers, and reporting analytics on web traffic and engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the social media manager to establish our brand's online identity and develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
  • Identify new media opportunities and connect with social media influencers to amplify our brand's reach.
  • Manage the activity across our social media accounts, including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, ensuring consistency and quality of content.
  • Report monthly statistics for our website using Google Analytics and social media traffic and engagement metrics.
  • Create a digital strategy with compelling content across our social media accounts that aligns with our digital marketing goals.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess excellent time management skills, strong communication skills, and project management skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, social media specialist, or similar roles.
  • Prior experience in designing SEO-driven content in writing, images, and video is highly desirable.
  • A solid understanding of trends across multiple social media platforms is essential.
