About the Role

This senior professional position requires deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in data analysis, leading initiatives to consolidate, visualize, report, and action operations-focused data. Develops program plans, schedules, and budgets, supporting strategic planning efforts, solutions for program problems, and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Excel, R, and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, SAS)
  • Translation of key performance indicators into actionable reporting and metrics
  • Proven experience as an analytics manager or data scientist
  • Consolidates and presents plans and progress reports
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, JDE, Oracle)
  • Prepares and presents operations strategy, progress, and results
  • Supports annual strategic planning efforts for the business
  • Guides continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality
  • Supports the development of new business growth strategies
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of computer science, statistics, data management, and/or operations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree
  • 5+ years of computer science, statistics, data management, and/or operations
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and work across all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
  • High degree of independence
  • Problem-solving attitude with focus on teamwork
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Office, PowerPoint)
  • Relentless drive to overachieve, outstanding team player, strategic vision with ability to execute
  • Ability to work on complex problems in an ambiguous environment
