Job Summary

As a Clinical Pharmacist - Parenteral Nutrition Specialist at Jobot, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients who receive intravenous therapy. This involves reviewing medical records, evaluating lab results, and assessing the patient's overall health. You will ensure that prescriptions are properly authorized and meet legal and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will maintain and update patient profiles in the pharmacy's system, oversee inventory management, and ensure that pharmaceuticals are accurately compounded and dispensed in accordance with company protocols. You will also be prepared to respond to emergency situations, such as adverse drug reactions, line infections, and equipment malfunctions. Furthermore, you will document medication errors for Quality Assurance review and participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • PharmD or equivalent degree
  • Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of practice
