Key Responsibilities- Assist attorneys and prosecutors in reviewing and analyzing financial records to determine the source and flow of funds, the nature and volume of transactions, and the interplay among related accounts.
- Trace proceeds, identify assets and funds, and develop legal theories for cases.
- Support attorneys, prosecutors, and investigators with the financial component of their preparation for hearings, court proceedings, and depositions.
- Prepare exhibits, graphs, charts, and summaries to assist prosecutors in the effective presentation of financial evidence in hearings, court proceedings, and depositions.
- A four-year undergraduate degree in accounting or finance, with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification desirable.
- Seven years of accounting, finance, or related experience.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet and word processing software.
- Ability to consistently deliver high-quality work under extreme pressure.
- Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- A minimum of 7 (or 10) year background investigation.
