Senior Financial Investigations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Investigations Lead to join our Financial Investigations and Dispute Advisory Services (FIDS) Practice at RSM, a leading provider of professional services to the middle market globally.

The role offers a unique opportunity to lead the Go-to-market services in the market, collaborating and representing RSM's FIDS Practice and its technology capabilities to clients and prospects. You will leverage your industry knowledge, experience, and technical expertise to add value, knowledge, and leadership to the Firm.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Overseeing client service delivery of Forensic and Monitorship/Compliance services to clients across various industries, including law firms, insurance companies, banks, corporate counsel, and management of companies, audit committees, compliance officers, government agencies, regulators, and corporate boards.
- Ensuring a client-centric, digitally driven client experience, incorporating the use of forensic technology tools and professionals.
- Developing and maintaining industry expertise, including Life Sciences, Healthcare, Financial Services, and/or TMT (Technology, Manufacturing and Telcomm).
- Driving business development through marketing, sales, thought leadership, webinars, white papers, proposals, and branding.
- Leading projects, including assessments, analysis, reporting, and testifying.
- Expanding the team roster and demonstrating exceptional leadership skills in managing and motivating teams.
- Delivering engagements utilizing teams across the globe, including India.
- Maintaining operational excellence, including billing, collections, personnel management, scheduling, and related administrative responsibilities.
- Traveling as needed to support client relationships and business growth.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in managing and directing forensic analysis and investigative efforts related to corporate, government, or regulatory investigations, litigations, and disputes domestically and globally.
- Experience in managing and directing Monitorship/Compliance engagements, preferably in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Financial Services, and/or TMT.
- Able to assess and apply various tools, including developing and applying proprietary tools/workflows depending on the client situation.
- Recognition as an expert in the forensics field and experience testifying as an expert witness.
- Significant experience leading teams in a matrixed organization and a proven track record of building a profitable practice.
- Proven business development and sales skills, with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
- Recognition in professional organizations and desired credentials, such as CPA, CFE, or various Compliance and/or Monitorship certifications.
