Job Summary:
Blue Star Partners, LLC is seeking a skilled Document Specialist II to join our team. The successful candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in documentation management, data entry, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in database management systems and document management software, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and manipulate large quantities of information, data, or documents in a structured database, filing system, or associated reporting/holding format.
  2. Perform tasks related to documentation management, including data entry, document retrieval, filing, and organization.
  3. Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  4. Provide support in the creation, editing, and formatting of documents, reports, and presentations.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of documentation standards and processes.
  6. Conduct quality assurance checks on documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather information and address documentation-related inquiries.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents.
  9. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in documentation management, data entry, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in database management systems and document management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to documentation management is a plus.
