Job Summary

The Restaurant Operations Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the success of our restaurant operations. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to ensure team members are meeting performance expectations.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary action.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
    • Address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs.
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
      • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Skills and Abilities
      • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other restaurant management software.
    • Preferred Qualifications
      • Experience with inventory management and control.
      • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
      • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
