We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Northern Impact in Gold Coast, Illinois & Montecito, California. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the store, including staff management, customer service, sales performance, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high-performing store environment by ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales objectives, and maintaining operational and merchandising standards.
  • Lead and develop a highly motivated team by establishing clear goals, providing regular feedback, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, make data-driven decisions, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the corporate office, regional office, and other stores to maintain positive relationships and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury apparel or accessories retail management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
