Job Description

This role involves overseeing the food and beverage service in various venues, including dining areas, catering functions, and concessions stands. The successful candidate will facilitate training of employees, inventory management, and daily operations for special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper setup and operation of concessions, banquet, and catering food and beverage locations prior to doors opening.
  • Provide high-level oversight and operational expertise to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable execution of events.
  • Train new and current employees on property procedures and best practices.
  • Assist with Premium Services operations and event needs as directed.
  • Ensure a safe work environment and address any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
  • Supervise the service of beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, and verify minimum age requirements.
  • Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
Qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years' experience working in a supervisory capacity in a food and beverage environment.
  • Ability to supervise the work of others and communicate effectively with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.
