Pinnacle Services is a leading provider of person-centered services for individuals with intellectual, developmental, or behavioral disabilities. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Disability Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, psychology, or a related field, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Disability Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of our clients, developing personalized service plans, and coordinating resources to ensure their well-being.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of client needs and goals
  • Developing and implementing individualized service plans
  • Coordinating with community providers and resources to meet client needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress

We offer a competitive salary range of $49,000 - $51,600 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, flexible spending account, paid time off, 7 holidays, 401K eligibility after 6 months, animal-friendly corporate office, professional growth opportunities, employee recognition programs, flexible schedules, team atmosphere, MSSA membership & paid CEUs, licensing supervision, and flex-time available after completing 90 days of training.

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation. A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required, with one year of experience in education or treatment of persons served with developmental disabilities or related conditions. Possession of a LSW or higher form of BOSW licensure is preferred.
